$22.00 for a small bowl of chicken and fried rice. Absolutely horrible.
Pricey but great service and food tasted good
Food was good. Portions were ample. Service was great (Jjasmine is great and really brightens the place up). Can order at the cashier or they have a kiosk for the socially disinclined. Prices were not bad for airport terminal food. there is some seating, but not much.
We had our standards low to start since it's airport food but it was not good. The tofu in mine (pictured) was the best part of the 3 meals we got. My son's orange chicken was hard to chew. My rice was a gross texture (like over saturated with a sauce or oil maybe? Not normal- wasn't very good). Very disappointed since we spent $60+ dollars and none of us enjoyed it.
Staff was fine- I wouldn't say bad or unfriendly but also not friendly either
Thanks
The menu is smaller, which is understandable, but it still feels like they are missing out of a few key dishes. They were also out of a couple selections at the time I was there.
I ordered the Bourbon Chicken with white rice--paying $3 more for fries rice seems expensive--and a water. The chicken itself was good, and a decent portion. However, there was so much bourbon sauce that it completely saturated the rice. I like sauce, but that much sauce?
The counter help was very nice, though, so they have some very friendly employees there.
Terrible food quality. This venture capital takeover ruined this chain.

I was instructed by male manager to put our chairs back up. Why did we even have to take them down in order to sit in the first place??? The girl working said they were still open and she was sweet, but the guys in the back seemed angry that we ordered and were dripping in sweat.
For someone to come out and tell us to put our own chairs back up was horrible customer service.
I work in restaurants and never leave bad reviews. This was the first. I am surprised they even have 3 stars.
I threw my food away. Waste of money and time.

Horrible. Rice was mushy and sour. Firecracker chicken was burnt and old oil was used. Now I think I’m getting sick. My stomach is cramping and I’m severe pain. NEVER AGAIN will I eat here.
Firecracker Chicken tasted like frozen supermarket general tso's chicken. Mediocre. Damn Chick-fil-a to hell for being closed on Sundays and making me eat at Pei Wei.

It's the night of a crazy snowstorm that shut down the airport and this manager (very nice, colorfully dressed, black dude) is one of the best customer service people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Way over the top, bro needs a raise like right now.
