Horrible. Rice was mushy and sour. Firecracker chicken was burnt and old oil was used. Now I think I’m getting sick. My stomach is cramping and I’m severe pain. NEVER AGAIN will I eat here.

It's the night of a crazy snowstorm that shut down the airport and this manager (very nice, colorfully dressed, black dude) is one of the best customer service people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Way over the top, bro needs a raise like right now.

The firecracker chicken was very salty and it wasn’t even fried chicken breast, it was oversized chicken nuggets with random fillers and fat pieces throughout. I’m extremely disappointed.

It's alright. I like the minimalist menu. The firecracker chicken was rather disappointing; not as much chicken as I expected and the pieces were too large to have enough sauce coverage for proper flavor and the rice was a little hard. Also there was no option on the kiosk to remove the shallots... The lettuce wrap on the other hand was better than expected.
