This was my first time trying this place. I ordered shrimp and lobster sauce with fried rice. What i received was egg drop soup with four shrimp. I called and the lady told me that this is how they make theirs.I asked for a refund as i couldn’t justify $18 for egg drop soup. She said no refunds no exchanges.I’m definitely telling everyone about this horrible experience. I will never buy anything from here and I highly suggest you don’t either.

If I could rate as 0 stars I would. Customer service was nasty and rude and the food was even worse. I ordered shrimp egg foo young and it looks and tastes as if it’s been sitting for hours. My rice was mushy and soggy. The audacity to have horrible customer service and serve nasty old food is insane. I will never order here again.

Just left Customer service was horrible for starters ! She was rude or I guess didn’t understand English! The food taste horrible! Only ordered shrimp fried rice but rice over cooked and mushy! And the from long was a mess and had a lot boxes everywhere! I use to go there a lot back in the day! Totally different and terrible now must be new owners!! Smh 👎🏽👎🏽

I purchased a soda and the clerk did not give it to me. When I asked for a refund he said he couldn't or act like he didn't know how. Told me to get it on my next purchase with them. I don't eat Chinese food on a regular basis so how would I come back to ask for a soda months to almost a year later. I never received my refund. Poor customer service quick to take your money but not quick to return it when they're wrong. They are closed for an entire month so when would I have opportunity to get my refund.
