When I arrived at my table we were given cups of water with no straw (extremely unsanitary) I had to request my own straw. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes with the bacon, the pancakes were definitely way too thick and dry and my bacon was undercooked. We had reservations for 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm, and the receptionist told us that there were a few parties before us that she needed to seat beforehand- we said, “that was fine”. . We look down at our clocks and realize it’s 2pm and we still haven’t been seated. . We take a look around the restaurant and see people who came in AFTER us seated at a table.
