Pho Lucky Detroit - Midtown

The tall man with long hair and glasses was extremely rude. He didn’t greet us or speak beyond asking “how many,” then grabbed menus, cleaned a table, and waved us over with an irritated expression. The restaurant itself was dirty and looked nothing like the photos online. To make matters worse, my daughter’s water had black particles floating in it. At that point, we got up and left. After driving 30 minutes to try this place, the experience was both disappointing and disgusting. We will not be returning to this facility. Please do better!

I love when the owners of businesses come out and not only chat it up with you, however brings out samples of things to order on our next visit. I can not get enough of down to earth people to the world. They are the salt of the earth! I already loved this place, however this last visit took things to a whole other level. Dont change a thing! If you have not been here yet, quit playing games and come check it out. You will not regret it!

I have eaten here many times before Red Wings games. I've had the Pho and Vermcelli bowls and both were very good. The meatballs in the Pho were outstanding.

Never had any problems getting a table and service was always fast so we had no problem getting to the game. I live in Texas so I am only in Detroit a couple of times a year, but any time I am going to a Red Wings game I will eat here. Just can't get tickets for a Tuesday game.

The service was awful. Waited so long to get served. Im a regular here at least 3x a month. I keep quiet about waiting so long to get served, but this time a waiter with glasses (yellow tint) and is tall just does not stop talking and is very slow and is very very rude. I came in before 2 other customers, they both got served before me and on top of that had a 23 Minute conversation with this tall waiter.
He decided to have a ignorant battle with me after I asked him for more beef in my P5, another waiter that is short decided to help me out and get what I asked for ( A P5 with extra meat)

Best pho I’ve had in Detroit. Perfect for cold weather! The parking is a little tricky, but never much of an issue. Menu is simple, but hits what I want. Bahn mis are great

We arrived and waited at the front to be seated a young man came out and told us to sit anywhere he brought us menus. We waited for a while but no one ever came to take our order. Other guest came in after us and got there order taken and received drinks but still we were never served eventually we got up and left cause we were going to a game at the LCA but the service is not the best wish I could’ve had food but I probably will not return.

Yes this was Wednesday around 5:30 and there was no large party in the restaurant there were maybe 6 tables sat including us so I don’t think that’s a great excuse for why we didn’t get served.

First time. It was so good and staff was very good. Lots of food for the price.

Food was good. Great selection on the menu. Location was in a charming area. Service was lacking. Took awhile to get seated, for a menu, drinks, but the food came out hot and fresh.

I've never been there before and haven't had Pho in general in a long time. My kids were there once and really liked it. It was really yummy and filling.

10/16 ordered lunch for 5 people. They forgot one of the pho orders and when we called to let them know, the man on the phone accused us of lying and refused to refund or give us a new one. Extremely disappointed as my coworkers enjoy this place. I will not be dinin again.

Best place to have pho at! The menu is nice and simple, the food is delicious, definitely got to try and the staff js so friendly!
