I hit up Pie Sci during a road trip to see the Tigers. Friendly staff and unique Pies. Unfortunately,I was feeling basic that day so just went with the pepperoni(Pep Squad). It was my first true Detroit deep dish and didn’t disappoint. I wish I had more time to try one of their more advanced offerings. But,like Arnold once said,”I’ll be back!”
They were selling single slices and the vegan one featured that day was actually unique but really good! I'd order a whole pizza of it.
Other pizzas are the vegan Veggie D (add seitan), Pamela Martha Vodka, and the SamLaPorka. Service is really friendly as usual :)
It's ok, very small sitting area, also a small fenced in sitting area out back with wooden picnic tables.
