On 8/12/2026 at 12:26 there were two women working the booth. As soon as it was my turn, the short, chubby lady not busy with a customer hid behind the machine to avoid me and then left the counter completely. The other woman in a niqab, who had just finished another customer, took my order. Only then did the woman who refused to serve me come back to the counter. I have no idea what triggered her rude and unprofessional behavior. This is not a good look for Pinkberry.
