On 8/12/2026 at 12:26 there were two women working the booth. As soon as it was my turn, the short, chubby lady not busy with a customer hid behind the machine to avoid me and then left the counter completely. The other woman in a niqab, who had just finished another customer, took my order. Only then did the woman who refused to serve me come back to the counter. I have no idea what triggered her rude and unprofessional behavior. This is not a good look for Pinkberry.

Rita was very friendly and offered amazing customer service she let me try multiple flavours to decide which one was my favourite as this was my first time at Pinkberry, I will be coming again.

Rita was a delight. They were out of my favorite smoothie & she made me one with fresh fruit from scratch before my flight! Amazing! She even let me try a sample of your new ‘Summer Melon’ flavor. Delicious! Give her a raise! 😇
