Had a wonder experience and great conversation with the ladies. This was an awesome place to stop in between flights to grab something that fills you up whilst on the go! Great job ladies!!!

Shyann is a legend. There wasn’t a swirl option for two of the flavors on the menu, but this queen said I gotchu and beautifully macgyvered a chocolate hazelnut/strawberry matcha swirl in a cone with equitability and grace. Promote her.

On 8/12/2026 at 12:26 there were two women working the booth. As soon as it was my turn, the short, chubby lady not busy with a customer hid behind the machine to avoid me and then left the counter completely. The other woman in a niqab, who had just finished another customer, took my order. Only then did the woman who refused to serve me come back to the counter. I have no idea what triggered her rude and unprofessional behavior. This is not a good look for Pinkberry.
