The chicken is good but the service is horrible. They hire all these teenagers who have bad attitudes and BARELY work during their shift. Lines are always long, and not a great value for the chicken.. but if its fresh, its really good.

This place is not great. Everytime I go there it's always something off. This visit today they didn't have my side and didn't tell me until after I been sitting there waiting. Other times I went they wasn't accepting cards or there was items missing from my orders. But this visit today was especially disappointing because of the service. The cashier look as if she had no interest in being there and she was not effectively communicating with the customer about wait times or items that they didn't have.

THE WORST POPEYES IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA literally lines are short but still sitting in line for an hour with only 3 cars in line SMH THEN YOU GET TO THE WINDOW THEY WANT YOU TO PULL UP and they will bring the food out after waiting for 45 minutes then run out food that you ordered than have to wait an additional 30 minutes CRAZY 🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿

Person in the drive thru window was rude, and rushing me through my order. Got my food, and none of my sides were right. Chicken sandwich had a bread in it

It was awful. And super expensive. They were rude and would not accommodate me when I wanted all dark meat. I haven’t had Popeyes in years. I will never eat it again

I just find it hard to order without the menu board up . But the cashier was very helpful. The inside was clean And even the young lady who was off the clock was very helpful. So thank you to the he store.

Think this goes without saying and already knowing but highly disorganized and poorly staffed.
But unfortunately in the urban areas that is the new normal I guess 😕

Normally the food is good, today it was disgusting, over cooked and FULL of grease, I should have taken it back in and got my money back. Today was the worst chicken I have ever got at any Popeye's anywhere in any state.
