I initiated and completed an online order at approx. 11:04am. Upon arrival at the store I was advised at approx. 11:28am that my order (1 chicken big and farmhouse salad) would be ready in a couple of minutes. I was in this store 8/3 to pick up an online order which i waited an hour for after i ordered. I was told it was in the oven when it clearly was not. Not to mention that i am 8 months pregnant.
The cashier wrote my name in a book for my next meal to be free. I called to order my free meal on 8/6 to be told that the wait would be the same if i ordered (over an hour). I guess i thought this would be more of a priority. The woman on the phone today was extremely rude and...read full review

The staff provide exceptional and genuine service, making customers feel welcomed. Recently, one customer praised Justin for his great service when an online order issue was quickly resolved, and the bill was covered as an apology. The food is good, with the broccoli cheddar soup being creamy and flavorful, and the salad fresh and satisfying. However, some customers report poor service, with staff not greeting them and not responding when thanked. Additionally, the bathroom has been described as horrible, with a bad smell, needing to be cleaned and deodorized. One customer had a negative experience with an older lady at the register who was rude and unhelpful, but overall, many appreciate the great experience provided by management and team members.
