This was definitely a treat for the family. Services was fantastic and they had plenty of staff making the rounds to ensure guests had what they needed. Not too intrusive though. If you like steak, you want to put Prime & Proper on your bucket list.

First, I would like to say that the place is beautiful inside and out. Me and my brother got there at 8:30 PM for my birthday. We ordered a few different sides and each of us got a big steak. when the food finally came out nothing on our table was hot, everything was warm. I sent my steak back because it was overcooked and it wasn't even hot. My brother didn't wanna bother them so he ate his warm steak. That kind of money everything should be perfect. The Caesar salad was wilted, and again, for that kind of money they should have made it in front of you like other high end steak houses. The next morning, I felt ill, I ended up puking twice, so I went to the hospital and they said I probably ate some food That was bad. I'm just describing my experience, like I said the restaurant and the service was awesome, but I did get food poisoned.

Great Restaurant. Reservations are a must. The supper club is elegant. This restaurant is very expensive, expect to pay at least$150-200 per person for food only. It is worth it, delicious. Abd very nice ambiance. ?Kid-friendliness: It's not really an atmosphere for children, though you can bring them.
I usually enjoy my experience here but this time the food was awful!My Mac and cheese tastes like smoke, like a portion of it was burned and the staff attempted to save what LOOKED edible. I woke up at 6am running off in the bath room.My date ordered salmon, it was extremely bland.My steak was good except it was very chewy.The valet decided he would tip himself with my change.My meal felt very rushed in the beginning and everything is much more expensive.

Service was amazing! Unfortunately that is the end of the good part. My bone in NY strip was tough and not trimmed well. Still had connective tissue near the outer edge. It also tasted like a chemical liquid smoke was used. For the extreme prices, I expect better.

I don’t think there are many places in America that can do steaks this consistently perfect. The attention to detail in the food, the attentiveness of the wait staff, and the all around atmosphere here is always the best. While not a “regular” diner I usually end up eating here a few times a year and my expectations are not only met, but exceeded every time. I always look forward to coming here to enjoy amazing food and a nice night out. There is nothing in the menu here that is not absolutely deliciousDietary restrictions: Before taking orders the waiters and waitresses will always ask if anyone has a food allergy preemptively to take all party members into consideration that may have allergies

A nice atmosphere especially when the weather is nice and the big windows are open, but it is very overpriced and the food, including the steak, is nothing amazing. This was my second trip and came away with the same feeling.
Service was spectacular, and the atmosphere was great, too. For an appetizer, I ordered the octopus, which was really good, but the main course a cowboy ribeye was mediocre at best. I ordered peanut butter pavé for dessert, and this was the best part of the experience. For the price I would probably pass on this restaurant if offered again.

The food is good. The prices are high. The service can be good but is inconsistent. Unfortunately after many visits my last was the worst. The waiters were poorly communicating with each other and forgetting about us. It was my birthday, which they did recognize but never brought any sort of dessert or celebration or sparkler to my table. It was sad to see as I watched many other tables around me get sparklers. This may sound ridiculous but there are many other attributes that add to the inconstancy of the night. Slow service (almost non existent), incorrect food received after long food wait times. Lastly, the wait to receive boxes, the check, and get it cashed it out was ridiculous. After emailing prime and proper about the experience they asked to hear more. I sent another email with much further detail and have received nothing in return. Sadly my money and birthday celebration choice felt very wasted that night. First experience to the last has been a downhill experience. I hope it gets better, it's really a cool place.

Unbelievable dining experience. I couldn't find one thing wrong- the ambience, the service staff and management, the food and cocktails exceptional. Highly recommend the Tomahawk Ribeye Medium. Was amazing! Squash and burrata, the proper hash browns, pommes puree, broccolini, and gnocchi made excellent side dishes. Our service team was Claire and Christian and Michael the manager were so personable, professional and attributed to the enjoyment of this dining experience. Thank You!

Went for my Anniversary, sent my steak back 2 times, filled up on sides, ordered dessert, got home and there was hair in it. I was feeling some type of way. I did reach out and was told that we should come back and let them make it right but my meal would not be a full comp. The first meal was not a full comp but was an epic fail. I don’t know if I trust coming back. Sorry to say it’s my first and last time patronizing the restaurant
