The lady who is answered the phone was very rude. I called back to tell them I wanted my wings bbq and she hung up in my face I called again and asked why she hung up and she said I thought you were done. I literally didn’t say anything but “hi yes I just placed an order” and she hung right up. Very rude and very unprofessional she should be fired immediately

This was my first experience with this pizza place, i was really just trying to try something new instead of calling the regular Jets or happys but this experience was awful the girl on the phone was so rude and ghetto!!! she was answering the phone as if she was answering her personal line!! She didnt follow simple instructions with the address and it caused her to give the driver the wrong location, which caused my pizza to be late and cold i just was not happy with my experience at all!!! The food was ok for what it was! The service threw off the whole experience!!!

My order was not right, I ordered a onionBread with corn beef sandwich right an I got plain burnt bread with dry corn beef sandwich ? an dry fries not fresh l asked for ranch on the side did not get that me asking for the dressing ? I don't recommend ordering from princess Pizza the staff was not understanding at all it's poor service they mess up your order and take your money ?

I usually just get a pepperoni pizza taste like the liquor store slices and I'm not saying that in a bad way store pizza is the best depending on where you go. Very good. Never disappointed.
