Went to Queens the other night to celebrate a friends birthday and out of nowhere, this security guard comes SHOVING us telling us it’s time to leave. Literally put his hands on me. Mind you there were other people still sitting in the bar, undisturbed. Not sure what they’re protocol is for closing, but train your security guards to keep there hands to themself unless absolutely necessary. This is Detroit, the situation could’ve got 100x worse if I was on that type of time.

Went in Queens bar with my husband for drinks, we both ordered dirty martinis, we sat and watched the bartender pick up olives with her bare fingers , putting them in our drinks after going in and out of the register, and handling money. So Gross, we wanted to throw up on the bar. We’ll never go back. Too bad , it was a cute retro bar.
Hands down best chicken wings. Lemon pepper or green buffalo. Nicest people. Very attentive. 10/10

Perfect pregame/warm-up spot!
I have ordered the shrimp basket and the fish basket and both were very over cooked.

No food served but a hot dog vendor across the street. Quaint bar decent to sit indoor/outdoor to have a decent cocktail.

Google says it closes at 2 . I finished working down the street at 1:20 , arrived at 1:40. All my friends from work were in waiting for me . I told the guy at the door I just needed a beer, I really had a rough day and that it was still 20 mins before 2. My friend came out from inside . The guy at the door (tall, long braids, cute) he kept saying no , no matter how much I begged . That was very disappointing. I just move to Detroit . I just needed one beer with my friends to easy out the rough day and it was very disappointing .
Suggestion don’t tell people you close at 2am when you really close at 1:30am because that is called “lying” to your potential guests . If you had the correct closing time in google (1:30) and not a lie (2am) I wouldn’t even had gone there .
I’m a bartender down the street from you , and if google says the restaurant closes at 11pm we let people in until 11pm. That’s proper customer service and not lying .

It's fun here.
One of my favorite bars downtown because the bartenders know how to operate in the small, compact environment, which is always entertaining.
