Queens Bar Detroit offers a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere that perfectly blends classic charm with modern flair. Nestled in the heart of the city, this establishment exudes a sense of history while still feeling fresh and inviting. The interior design is a nod to Detroit's rich heritage, with exposed brick walls, vintage decor, and cozy seating areas that invite patrons to unwind and socialize. The drink menu at Queens Bar is extensive and diverse, catering to every taste with a wide selection of craft cocktails, beers, and spirits. What sets Queens Bar apart is its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, you'll feel right at home as soon as you step through the door. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance is lively without being overwhelming.

My recent visit to the bar around 3:00 on 03/09/24 with coworkers was a rollercoaster of emotions. Initially, the bartenders' lack of attention felt rude, especially when compared to the service others received. A noteworthy incident while sitting at the bar involving the bartender's choice of music on her iPhone added an interesting twist. As a Carpenter song played over the establishment's speaker system, after the bartenders direct observance of our excitement, the music was cut short when she promptly changed the track. While I realize this may not be everyone's choice in music it was on their playlist and the rude bartender saw our excitement and internally changed the music giving us the impression of aggressiveness and feeling very unwelcomed. This "ironically" happened again with another Carpenters song 10 minutes later in the evening leaving us puzzled by the intentional abrupt shifts in the playlist. To cap off the night, out of nowhere, she printed our bill and aggressively slammed it down in front of us. The overall experience was a blend of initial disappointment, quirky musical moments, and an unexpected, intentionally rude behavior/ end to the evening.

I wanted to visit this site with my friend and his little dog. Just before entering, a man who was in his car parked in front, lowered his window and yelled that we couldn't enter with the dog. We said, thank you, we just want to ask. This man got out of the car with an aggressive attitude telling us to leave the place. The man seemed to be part of the staff. very aggressive and rude

A pretty solid bar for downtown Detroit. A moderately sized place with a good atmosphere and some mid-century modern vibes. Definitely a good spot to stop in after work or later in the evening. We only stayed for one drink so I didn't get the chance to really experience the place, but I plan on coming back sometime soon.

Okay spot, went on a Saturday night, 10 p.m. seemed to be the right time before the line started to form outside. We didn't have to stand around long before a table became available. The drinks were okay and affordable. The bartenders were cool. I personally prefer a older crowd but it was a good mix of folks.

Friendly bartender, smooth tunes, cold beer. Great beer and booze selection and the atmosphere is so retro cool! Did not try out the kitchen but definitely will next time. I would love to be a regular in this place!

A great neighborhood bar that has gone to greed and corruption of Detroit. Two poorly made drinks $45! When I asked, we were told 20% surcharge for orders placed after 11 PM plus tax. No wonder the place was emory. Gone of the days of live music, a hip crowd & great drinks.
