Quickly Boba Cafe - WSU Campus

Love coming to this Quickly location :) their popcorn chickens is the best. Just avoid going during lunch time since it's pretty crowded and my food comes out lukewarm though.

Cool atmosphere. Lots of choices of drinks and snacks. Thai tea is really good and the large is LARGE. Good pricing too!

Very cute atmosphere! Friendly service and easy to order touch screen system. Large variety and customizable menu. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Tea is sooo yummy and authentic! We have been looking for a good tea place and we found it!

this place gave me food poisoning

I came in with my 2 friends and there was no one in the lobby waiting for food and only one worker behind the counter. He was tall with longer dark hair and wore a bandana and our visit started with him glaring at us as we ordered from the kiosk as if we were inconveniencing him to do his job. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and drink to which my friend’s orders were both cold and were given attitude when they politely asked for it to be re heated. As I was waiting for my food he kept looking at me and sort of staring at me with the angriest eyes like I had deeply offended him by ordering my lunch. After we all got our food my friend and I tried each others drinks to see if we liked the different kinds of boba and he stood at the counter staring and pointing as if for us to leave.. That and the food was terrible.

I came to get food today with my friends and the tall long haired man behind the counter was extremely rude. When I got my mozzarella sticks they were still frozen in the middle, when I told him he gave me a dirty look before saying he will reheat them. My chicken bowl was also cold, and my friends was so saucy it looked like soup. The food also took over 20 minutes to come out despite there only being 3 orders. Disappointed in how bad this location has become.

Unfortunately a bad experience. The barista was rude and uninterested in answering our questions. The ordering process was very confusing. We ordered 3 different types of drinks and they all tasted the same, also they were out of boba (which you have to order separately). I would not recommend this place at all.

Why is the popcorn chicken in large chunks? Why do they have a slimy aftertaste? Why is the rice in the orange chicken rice bowls over-saturated in sauce? Was that a mistake? Why have banana-flavored fruit tea listed on your chalkboard menu when you NEVER seem to have that flavor available. Just take it off the menu, period (unless you finally have some now). Honestly, this restaurant used to be better. A former favorite spot of mine. Staff is usually friendly and curly fries and cheese sticks are good, so I'm giving 3 stars, but please... at least improve that popcorn chicken.

The register gave me some soft uncooked oily chicken, I asked him to cook it more to make it crispy, he just said their new oven made it like that. I didn’t ask why the chicken was uncooked, I just asked him to cook it more. Bro can not understand basic English. Wasted 7 dollars on that stinky oily chicken. Never ordering from there ever again and I advise you all not to order from there again too.
