Employees just standing around talking to each other not taking orders or doing their job. Takes 2 min to get ice cream and not even 30 seconds to grab a apple, lazy and garbage atmosphere too. Don't know what the managers are doing but everyone needs to go.

We grabbed 5 different chocolates for $20.00 and it is by far the worst chocolate I’ve ever tasted. The flavor was absent and the texture lackluster and all-in-all it left us feeling icky (the kind of ick you get after having too much sugar) with no satisfaction.We were most excited for the peanut butter bucket and perhaps that’s why it was the biggest letdown. The flavor was so absent, I don’t even know what to compare it to. Cardboard? I’ve never eaten cardboard but that’s what everyone says when food is insipid. I’m not even sure there was any real peanut butter present; heck who knows if that was even chocolate either!Unless they reinvent their recipes, I wouldn’t recommend getting chocolate here.
Yummy! Fun place to bring a date or a night with the kids. Great shakes and friendly service!!
Needed a large box of chocolate to send to a relative. The staff was very patient and helpful.
Voice mail says midnight but they are not open, change the voice mail, how hard?

I’m pissed… my Apple was cut terribly. The Apple was also brown in the middle. The Troy location is better.

We were here Friday night. The ice cream was very good. We spent $25.00 on chocolate covered toffee. We didn't eat it until we got home on Saturday. I think we got old pieces. The chocolate looked like it had melted at some point and the toffee was soft not firm. It was a total waste of money. For the price we paid, you would think it would be somewhat fresh. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I gave it 2 stars because the ice cream was good. The chocolate wouldn't even be 1 star.
