So glad I got the chance to try out this place before they closed. The space is adorable and charming. The French onion cheese sandwich was very good.

My parents came to visit me for a weekend they chose this place to meet up for brunch. The atmosphere is very cozy, with plants hanging all over and the small space it being it. The menu is like what other reviews have said that's seasonal and some items are limited. I order the pancakes with blueberries, to be honest the pancakes came out a bit bland, the texture was mealy/gummy and you can definitely taste the egg in the pancake to the point where it smell like wet dog. trying to be nice i ate about half of my meal trying to ignore the egg aftertaste. I was hoping my pancakes will be sweeter and fluffier. I end up biting of my parents plates, if anything the potatoes and grits are really good and also their handmade desserts are tasty.

Rose's is closing and the building is for sale. After years of break even results, run away inflation has driven the final nail in the coffin. A business model that was doomed from the start, super high wages forced very high priced meals. The food was okay, but nothing special. And even their hipster customers balked at $25.00 breakfasts. So the great social experiment is failing. Not likely the sellers will get anywhere near their $600,000 asking price. Maybe $225,000. And the buyer, in the unlikely event there is one, will immediately revert to the tried and true formula for wait staff: minimum wage plus tips. And longer hours with a diner style menus.

This is a really neat and unique place. The staff was super friendly and the food was pretty great. It's awesome to see local ingredients especially from their own garden in the patio area. The selection of drinks is pretty cool as well. Definitely recommended if you like good quality food.

cozy and cute with a welcoming ambience. it’s great for a quick stop, allowing you to order an online pick up order or, have a casual bite and some drinks with friends or a date. if the parfait is available for the day, it’s a must try.

The pizza was really really good. There's a lot of good pizza places in the city, and Rose's does not fail to impress. We do very much miss grandpa's pancakes. Roses used to be a regular breakfast joint for us somewhat. The egg sandwich was amazing. Maybe sometime they will bring my favorite pancakes in the city back!!

Went for a late lunch on the weekend and had a great roasted chicken panini. The service was great and they help me pick out a fantastic pet nat wine that was perfect.

Sad menu. Used to love to come here for breakfast and now they have a small menu couple salads and cakes. Not what it used to be. 10$ egg sandwich. Lack of creativity and effort is screaming.

I love Roses Fine Food and Wine. Just recently visited for brunch. I love the atmosphere and environment. You are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly yet delicious board of choices. We sat at the bar right before the lunch rush. Ordered and watched our food made with care. Everything was so yum and can I say, I love the business model. 1. Need water? Help yourself to a flavored water in a jug. 2. Want something specific to drink outside of a latte or a coffee item? Help yourself to the fridge and pay separately from your meal. 3. Relax and enjoy. Everyone was wonderful. Staff looks happy. I think that's important to mention. The carrot, ginger soup- wasn't for me- I want to note that1 but it was 100% what I ordered. Go here. Doris stamp of approval.

I just left there more starved than when I entered. Ordered a greens salad and, I kid you not, it was a small bowl of lettuce-NOTHING ELSE. The dressing was essentially olive oil with some olive oil thrown in in for flavor (sarcasm for those of you wondering). No bread, choice of dressing or stuff that goes on a salad. Half an ounce of lettuce and some oil.

I really enjoyed their food. I got the snack plate and split that with my fiancé. It was a beautiful day outside and their outdoor tables & umbrella were perfect! They also have lovely flowers. ??
