Soon as I walked in I slipped and injured myself badly… there was no wet sign or mat. The black guy who’s the cook laughed… which made me cry especially while being in pain. The only compassionate person was an older lady who gave me napkins .

New customer and this restaurant totally disregarded my customer note stating that I have food allergies and what was in my food... One of my allergens MUSHROOMS WTH...NOT ONLY THAT but I ordered a vegetarian meal and found pieces of chicken in it. The food was already saltier than the dead sea these people really tried to unalive me smh nothing done about it just stating that the manager won't be in until the morning. Shame on you Royal grill.

Check your food folks I ordered a Virginia brand beef, coney Island, and they gave me a hotdog instead. That’s a huge difference in price between those two items

I will never return. I used to live not far from there and I made special trips to the Royal Grill because the food was so good. So my daughter lives in my old hoist and while visiting I wanted to go there to take out. My food was old hash brown potatoes, old sausage patties. It took forever to process my order. I will never again return.
