Hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a longtime. Now I see why. Wait time was long for lunch time and wait staff very inattentive. Not once did they come back to check and see if everything was Ok Had to ask for basic things. Mustard, Ketchup or Mayo. The two most prompt things they did was bring water and the bill. Every time they bought something to the table I told the waiter Thank you. Had a Bacon Cheese Burger with no Bacon after mentioning it to waiter they responded they didn't have any slices of Bacon so they put Bacon Chips very very sparsely at that. So we had them take it off the Bill. Tipped usual 20% still no Thank you for coming or come see us again soon. Just felt like they don't care and the Food was just Ok. I can do Ok at home without even trying. Want be back anytime soon. RB Tues. on 12mi in Novi Got to do much better.

The food was ok loved the salad bar clean and food fresh . Advertise kids eat free on Tuesdays then kids should eat free especially if items are off the kids menu we had to pay for the kids drink and kids Sunday. The bill was still over a hundred dollars without the. 2 kids eat free so I think they could of afforded to take the juice box chocolate milk and kids Sunday off. Also the cookie Sunday was microwaved the cookie was hard as a rock.

We'd gotten up early for the drive from Flint in traffic and the everpresent I-94 construction but we made it in plenty of time and stopped at the Ruby Tuesday restaurant near our SWA gate. Our server Jennifer was polite, quick, and efficient. My french toast was very good and my wife's sides of eggs and potatoes were large and prepared just the way she likes them.

The waitstaff are consistently (I am here at least monthly) unfriendly and unhappy Tonight (Monday) they were closed at 6:40pm. This is too bad, I love other locations!

Would not recommend eating here. I know there aren't many choices in north terminal but this should be your last resort. Food is bad and service is worse. Takes forever to get a table. If that's not enough of a reason, I once went there and paid with a credit card. When I checked my statement a few weeks later, the waiter had added on his own extra tip. I tipped on the card but it was only about $5 tip. I still had the receipt (around a $12 bill) and instead of the $5 I know I left, he had tipped himself about $10-$15 dollars on top of the bill. Unacceptable. If you do decide to eat there, use cash.

The menus were very dirty, falling apart and some items crossed out with a pen . There was lack of urgency to rotate the tables and it took 30 minutes to get only 2 plates of food. Since this is an airport you would hope they understand the importance of speediness. the burger we ordered at medium temp came rare but the chicken was good .

Worst restaurant food ever! Gross and missing ingredients in my order. When I called them on it they said they were out. If they knew they should have advised as I would have changed my order. No followup after dropping food off at table. No utensils or napkins. We had to steal off another table. Seriously worst food and service I have ever had at a restaurant.

Very limited menu, no burgers. Well they have a turkey burger, but thats like kissing you cousin. Long time to get a seat, then Inwas in no-service land. The waitress was great once she got to me. Not a lot of choices in the terminal....
Good service. Adequate airport food. Menu was EXTREMELY limited. What's up with that?

Expensive, but that's no surprise in an airport. What was surprising was the terrible seating. Good was decent, not amazing, not terrible.

I'm currently at DTW Airport and just left from walking forever to stand in line waiting to be seated, only for a hostess to come out to tell me that they were closed. The website says it closes at 9pm it was only 7:01pm. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I wasn't planning on eating breakfast this morning on my way to Tampa but I'm glad I did. I had their BLT & Egg sandwich with breakfast potatoes. It was a lot but delicious
