It was a beautiful day, we were greeted very graciously by so many staff members. The food was absolutely delicious! The decor was beautiful and elegant. We truly had a marvelous time in this amazing gem. Don't miss it when downtown Detroit! It is a must visit for sure!!!

The service was good, and the drinks weren't bad, however the food was not good at all. We got steak bites and a lamb Pita. The steak bites looked like they were boiled, they had no char even though they were supposedly grilled, the meat and the gravy were flavorless. I would not eat here again.

Ambiance is top notch for Detroit. Chicken was cooked to perfection along with the best vegetables I’ve had in a Middle Eastern restaurant. Bread was warm and fresh. Around $25 plate struck me as expensive but for the atmosphere it’s a nice experience. They were out of lamp chops and the beer is from a can so those were some setbacks.

We waited 20+ minutes for a beer. After an hour and we still hadn't received our food even though we said we had to be at a show in an hour. We left 5 minutes before our show very hungry and they were not busy at all. It was on a Thursday. We will never return.

Beautiful place and the food is fantastic. They really know how to season food. It tastes better than most Mediterranean places.

I was walking downtown while waiting for an appointment. I came across Sahara and was pleased to grab a bite here. I've been to Sterling and Oak Park locations many times. The potato chop was awesome and the Iraqi salad was fresh. I'll definitely be back.

I never ate a shawarma with ranch dressing instead of whipped garlic sauce it was not good. The price was too high compared to other meterriran places I've eaten at.

The food was horrible, the catfish was burnt, the vegetables were over cooked. The shrimp Alfredo sauce was like soup. The catfish was to salty too eat. The Lamb chop was under cooked. There were only 11people in the restaurant an it was my party. It took about 1 1/2 hrs. for the food to come. I was good with the price of the food. But the food was the worst I have ever had. Sorry to say you need a New Cook for sure. I will never eat here or tell anyone about this place.

The food was not good and the waiting time for the food to come out was long. Catfish was extra salty. Make sure your meat is well

First time here. Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer before a concert. Service was slow for 2 drinks and 2 appetizers over 40 minute wait. $13 for 6 Sauteed wings which were actually 6 coney island wing DINGS . With an automated $10 gratuity. Not worth a $64 dollar experience!!!
