NZ IPA passed the hop test, Kaitlyn bar tender was excellent- fast, knowledgeable about brews & menu - chx n waffle pizza flavor was DELICIOUS but we prefer a thicker, chewier crust. Would definitely go back. Merch = high quality material in hoodies
Excellent service and beer! I got a flight and highly recommend the Love You, Bye and the Juicy ASAP. They have rotating taps and this time they had a peanut butter brownie stout my fiancé got and he LOVED it! Not too heavy but very flavorful
Super cool bartenders offering suggestions and samples with zero guilt. Kitchen working hard. Unique pizzas. Good beer selection!Only bummer is that Happy Hour is 3:30-5:30, but they didn't tell us that when we ordered our first drink/snack before 5:30.... Found out when we went on our phone to order more drinks/snacks after 5:30...
Good microbrewery with some interesting and creative flavor profiles. Just discovered the outdoor patio on this visit too. It was a nice spot to have a beer and plenty of shade too if you want that.
No skim milk but the coffee is good, service is friendly.
Great beer choices! They had a beer for everyone. I tried both of the fruit beers and they were AMAZING! The meatball sub had the perfect amount of spice. ? This location is not far from any of the sports areas, so if you are in town for a game, make it a point to stop in!
Had a great time before a Tiger game yesterday ( Father’s Day ). Amazing service, friendly staff and great cold beer. So close to Comerica in a beautiful area. Oh yeah, the great pizza combinations on top of it all. Loved it…see you next game we are at.
Great happy hour. Really enjoyed the beer and shareables. Friendly, attentive service. We will be back.
I've been ordering take out from Saucy all pandemic, but just went in for the first time. There's a great atmosphere (although the outdoor patio leaves a little to be desired. It's basically a concrete pad with tables). The vegan pizzas are amazing with really good vegan cheese and spicy vegan sausage. The dairy cheese is tasty too. I liked all the beers I tried, especially the lagers.
Have come here a few times now and it seems like a hidden gem in terms of food/beer near the stadium district. Within walking distance to each of the stadiums and sometimes will have a food deal if you're going to a game (buy 1get 1 free pizza). Prices are reasonable and the beer list has a great range of choices. The food has only been spectacular on my visits and can say the same for the beer. I'd say the wings are probably the one "have to try" on the menu, but they do offer a range of vegan and veggies options as well.

Really cool spot in a very nice area. Loved the layout, the atmosphere was really chill, the beers were really good and it's rare to find a schwarzbier anywhere these days. The names of everything are really clever and the food was really, really good. Finally, the staff were all very pleasant. I'm stunned this place has a 4.3 because we will definitely be back.
Saucy IS the local pizza place in Brush Park. Pizza galore, wide beer style and selections sandwiches, salads, shuffleboard, trivia games, live music, great atmosphere in this local joint. Family friendly, great before or after a game for a snack or a drink. Support Detroit employers #pizzabrushpark #brushpark #detroitsportscenter
The service is fantastic our server and the other employees, well I can’t say enough about them .
I was just there at Saucy this last weekend. And guys if you haven't checked this out. This is a really good place for not just good beer but good food also. Their IPAs and stouts were both awesome in the beer and their pizzas are actually gourmet pizzas with so much flavor and variety. I would highly recommend. You wont be disappointed and one more thing they also have games to keep you busy on the side and coffee if you would like some, njoy!
Location is kinda hidden back behind a neighborhood, but close proximity to Little Caesars Arena. The brews were good with multiple styles available. The appetizers were good. The saucy balls where tasty, "they're chips not nachos" were different, but couldn't stop eating them. The Nashville hot pizza was good, but wish they didn't dust it was seasoning powder. The Caprese sandwich was terrible and should be taken off the menu to not disappoint more or prepared better. Surprised it didn't have fresh whole basil leaves on it and was cold... was just sliced fresh mozzarella & couple slices of tomato thrown on a dry hoagie roll with a tiny drizzle of balsamic on it. The added chicken wasn't grilled whole chicken breast, but instead seemed like they just grabbed the chopped chicken for their pizza and threw it on the sandwich. The meatball sub and chicken sandwich were just okay.. assumed both were going to be hot sandwiches with the hoagies rolls toasted a bit, but instead was just thrown on same the cut hoagie rolls which didn't seem too fresh and were dry.
