Service was good, food had a little too much pepper and salt but was tasty. Music was great. I just wish the interior was a little more classy. Nice time though and would recommend

My experiences with Savoy Restaurant in Detroit are consistently an uplift. Arriving to the beautifully lit exterior, met with the professional and kind parking lot attendant, to the exceptional hospitality of a happy hostess with beautiful smiles, thst causes yourself to smile. The hostess is engaged with the guest, willing to please. The dining staff (waiter and waitress) are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The cocktails are perfect, the Sidecar is a true masterpiece.. The creativity of the menu items - OMG! - pure decadence! The meals are perfection, not kiddin’… the chefs are perfection. The food, so pleasing, each bite causes eyes to gently shut for a moment as you savor SAVOY! The presentation and taste are truly exceptional, a culinary dream come true. Dessert was fantastic, again the waitress was classy and clean, exceeding expectations. And live music entertainment - fantastic supper club, a night to remember.

We went to the Savoy yesterday for my friend’s birthday . It was an elegant, warm experience : from the professional gentleman in the parking lot who walked us to the door, the friendly host and management staff, to the amazing owner and chef. Evelyn gave us exemplary service. She was very attentive , professional and friendly. The food was amazing. I had the seafood trio and he had the roasted chicken and mushroom risotto . The entertainment was fantastic and the atmosphere was electric. If you have not been to the Savoy , you must go. It is one of Detroit’s premier hidden gems. My birthday is in a few weeks and we plan to go back.

This was my first but not last time here. It was amazing from pulling in to the parking lot, to being seated. The waiter was amazing. He made my experience that much greater. The food was remarkable and the butter pecan cheese cake finished off and amazing night. The band was great. Or was a time.

My friend and I came here on 09/27/25. Walking in I was greeted and taking care of immediately. Our table was excellent and you can hear the band no matter where you sit. Our waiter was a excellent young man who was very attentive. My only problem is this...Both my friend and I ordered the seafood trio. Hers was boiled and mines was fried. The problem is both our lobster tails were mushy like mashed potatoes. She tried hers at the restaurant and I tried mines the next day, its very salty and I can't eat it..Please going forward do not sell customers this kind of product at the prices you are charging.

This was our first time here. When we arrived, we were greeted by a parking attendant. Very nice. I ordered the lamb chops and my husband ordered blackened walleye. Both meals came with mashed potatoes and squash. The meat was good but the mashed potatoes were not mashed potatoes. They were chunky and the squash was overcooked. They gave us bread and butter which had a funny taste to it. The crab cake was overpriced. It was 1 regular sized crab cake for 25 dollars. The atmosphere was really nice though.
