Jazz super club vibe with TVs above bar? Baked potatoe hard, catfish decent, menu is ala carte., soups were salty, lobster bisque with No lobster, changed waiters twice, finally a nice waitress, talked with other dissatisfied guests that night seated across from us, mediocre band and mediocre song selection better concerts at Steinway Piano store, appreciate the effort of this new venture but very misleading if you’re looking for an Upscale Jazz Experience and good food

The band was greatThe restaurant is nice (decor)The food ? no taste at all !Spinach dip looked terrible. The mushrooms were swaggy with spinach dip in them and ran out of Caesar dressing. The New York strip was not cook with any seasoning at all and it didn’t come with a steak knife.We had a large party with the cake and they told the person that made the reservations to bring their own cake plates.The 18% gratuity was added I paid in cash the waitress decide to round up her tip and keep my extra $3 ?We tried !Manager rudeWaitress (she tried) short staffed

My family and I dined here yesterday evening, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a large party, and we know how service/ food can be with a larger party, but the staff at Savoy were exceptional! Everyone enjoyed their appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The band is a great touch and adds to the atmosphere. Parking was safe and conveniently located, and they even had a friendly doorman that greets you and walks you to your vehicle upon leaving. As an eastsider it was great to see this type of establishment thriving. I'll definitely be back and will tell others about it!

We were serviced from the time we got out of director to the time we received it during our meal. The entertainment was amazing and personal. Everybody there. Was happy the owner walked around and introduced his self and thought to that everybody was comfortable. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.
First time visiting this restaurant which was nice. The service was very good from the parking lot attendant to the waitress. The ambiance is nice with live jazz playing on the Friday night I visited. I ordered a platter of fried lobster, catfish and shrimp with French fries and a side of coleslaw. The food presentation was nice, taste was about average. One friend had a shrimp pasta that they enjoyed, and the other a seafood pizza that was sent back, and wings that they didn't enjoy. I would visit again, maybe for just the drinks, music and ambiance.

This was first time visiting this establishment. I was impressed from the parking lot. The parking attendant was amazing. He opened my door and escorted me into the restaurant. The waitress Jazz was awesome, friendly, had a great attitude and sense of humor. The food was excellent. Also the duet band sang their heart out!!! I will be revisiting this beautiful place. Thanks for the experience.
