The staff and and food are wonderful. It’s the policy of no dine in which makes it difficult to get food from restaurants as I would have to drive one hour home to eat it.

I love savvy sliders and normally stop by locally to Oakland and Macomb county, but the drive thru experience at this location is terrible, was not answering for 5 mins at the order taker. After saying “hello” myself I was answered with “we’re busy gimme a few minutes”, with music blaring over the headset, once my order was taken I had the same music listening experience, I had to wait to get my card back from payment due to the machine resetting, not to mention the worker in the window was eating multiple times while handling my drinks and card, the food was good as always but I will be avoiding this location due to service in the future

Staff is dismissive, they act like they hear you. But Don't tell your request to their team or put down your request in your order(which you will see on receipt) this was my last visit as I don't eat room temp food. this is My second request while visiting for "well done" & "fresh" tenders that obviously been sitting, they are luke warm & soggy. I ask for it the wait should be given & I'll wait SIMPLE. I talked to the owner last time &he was ready to remake the order but I'm on LUNCH at work & no time for make ups it should be done right the first time I gave another chance but NEVER AGAIN if you like hot fresh food this isn't your place they are focused on SPEED clearly.
Guy at the drive thru was very rude and said he couldn’t make my food after charging me for it. Then shut the sliding door in my face after refusing to refund me or make my food. Very awkward interaction

This was my first visit here. The food was excellent. My favorite was the chicken and savvy sauce. The chicken was crispy but super tender. The employees were friendly and helpful. I have visited Detroit many times and I will most likely return here every time I visit.
