We went through the drive thru with a big order. The order was fresh and everything was made correctly. Good size portions. Definitely enjoyed our first visit.

The food was awful. Frys were soggy and cold and the chicken strips were hard and my shake was completely melted for $12.29I expect something a bit better than it was way over priced for a glorified White Castle. Actually White Castle probably would have been a better choice.

The service and atmosphere of the place was great and it was clean, but the room was rather small and there weren't a lot of seat options. The food got here fast but was a smaller portion.

I got the chicken slider, 2 tenders, seasoned fries, with the savvy sauce. it was really good the chicken is very tender and breaded well. the seasoning on the fries were good, wish it was different type of fries because they weren’t that crispy. the savvy sauce was the best. there’s also a good selection of drinks. it’s april and it’s so COLD in here. i don’t know if it’s the AC or the big windows but some heating would make the atmosphere better.

I don’t like to down other businesses but I tried to call the restaurant about my order and no one would answer the phone.I ordered a burger slider and the patty was old and cold. I also ordered tenders and didn’t get the complete order, missing the bread that comes with it. My tenders were supposed to be spicy; they came with a dry rub on only portions of chicken, not all of the chicken. That is only spicy chicken sometimes, when you bite intro a spot with the dry rub….hmmmm. I like savvy sliders but this one needs a lot of work to live up to other locations I’ve been to. I tried them three times and have been disappointed twice now, so I cannot return.

The place was easy to get in and out of. The staff were fantastic, they were very helpful with the menu. The speed and accuracy of my order was excellent and superb! The taste of everything was absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend this establishment!

The food was great and the staff very helpful and professional - though corporate might want to rethink their relationship with DoorDash.I placed a large order to feed 50+ volunteers dinner two weeks before an event directly on Savvy's website. 30 min before expected delivery I received a text that the order was being made. 20 min later I received a text that my order was cancelled. I called the number provided, which took me to DoorDash and they told me the store had a technical problem, were unable to receive my order, and my order was cancelled; I would receive a refund in 7-10 days (I paid 14 days before the event and a week later I'm still not seeing the delivery and tip refund pending).I called the store directly and they had my order, would have it ready soon but because of DoorDash were unable to deliver, someone would need to pick it up. The good news of running a volunteer event is that people volunteer to help and someone was able to pick up the order, but this took them away from their primary task. The manager and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating of our large order. Dinner was only a little late because of their actions. The volunteers were excited for food that wasn't pizza and were very pleased with the flavor options.

I usually have good food and service at this saavy location but today instead of spicy tenders as ordered, I got regular tenders with a bunch of seasoning on top. Not how the spicy tenders usually come and they were not spicy at all so I paid an extra dollar for no reason.

Burgers and tenders are good but too expensive!! Mediocre fries. Also paid for bacon, and didn’t get bacon on my sandwiches!! Got home to relax and opened up the box to no bacon!! That pisses me off. I spent almost 50 on this fast food! I could spend way less on McDonalds and guess what? They wouldn’t forget my bacon!!
