Every time I come here they never ready to take orders and they rud is hell it dnt be nobody in line and they still say it's a 20mins wait on order I'm wondering how they still in business 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Beyond pissed with services. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my food I was told they had nothing but chicken fingers and fries. I was told I would be refunded and waited the time frame told and the payment ended up processed instead of refunded. I was told there were no other refunded payment options. When I called up to the location I was told nothing could be done then after holding for more time and refusing that answer was told I have to show a receipt. I told them I only had the online order and was told “just come in and we will see” then got hung up on. When I got there I told them I was there for a refund and with an attitude was given cash back for the amount finally. Terrible service. Sketchy attitudes.

I was informed they were out of several drink choices. Waited in drive thru for 20 min Just for the food to still not be correct. I entered the restaurant to request the order remade & was met with the argument “o got what I ordered”

Ordered via the drive thru. I ordered a #2 with seasoned fries. Whomever prepared my order put so much seasoning on my fries I could not eat, and the chicken on my sliders was old! Never again will I eat here!

Today I ordered a kids meal angus burger NO CHEESE for my neice. I specifically told them NO CHEESE because she is allergic. Drop her food and boom CHEESE on the burger with burnt fries. Called and spoke to the manager Joslyn and she stated she can only remake the food. Absolutely Not.........

The employees were outside getting high when they were supposed to be working. When they finally asked us what we wanted both associates were beyond rude. They spoke with a nasty tone, and rushed us. I did not and will never spend my money at this establishment again.
