The menu changes according to what's coming off the farms nearby, making each dish outstanding. The staff is accommodating and knowledgeable, handling allergies like celiac and tree nut allergies while pre-marking safe dishes. Highlights include the sweet corn pasta, house-made sourdough and butter, roasted mushrooms, whole chicken, roasted carrots with harissa yogurt, and lamb ribs, which are melt-in-your-mouth good. Desserts like upside down carrot cake and pavlova are also savored. Selden Standard features a short cocktail menu, but has a decently lengthy wine and beer list.
