This place is awesome! The pizza is always on point, the staff are always really nice and Sgt's is attached to The Majestic and the bowling alley.

Some of your workers are rude and have absolutely no people skills. Disgusted with them. It's always these two people. They have terrible attitudes. I'm not going to get into it with them, but I will never order from them.

I was so pleased with my vegan calzone. I didn't expect much being inside the bowling alley but the veggies were super tasty and fresh and the dough was very fluffy. It was also huge so I had half of it the day after as leftovers. Next time, I think I'll get two because I was sad when the leftovers were done.

The lack of accommodation when not having ApplePay in 2024 is insane. I don’t carry cards or a wallet, I only carry my gun and driver’s licenses, ordered over the phone arrived to see there was no tap option, (wish something was said over the phone), arrived and asked the older white disheveled, unkempt cook was there anyway I could Zelle, ApplePay, CashApp or PayPal anyone in the store to pay for my order, he rudely replies “you need to go to an atm, I don’t have those nope,” I tell him I don’t have cards on my person or period even to access an ATM, “Oh, well I’m not the owner so I dunno what to tell ya.” Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager in the building?! Whaaaat? With two employees here, and a fully opened restaurant/establishment, no management? Unheard of! It’s fine I will take my business elsewhere (Mootz) where it’s clean, well lit, friendly, welcoming! Sgts, is dark, unclean looking, dusty, disheveled, then the pizza looked extremely greasy and unappetizing, and the attitude of the staff working there was so poor, and only heightened the atmosphere’s flaws, and ruined my appetite. Zero stars if I could.

The food is amazing. The people that work there is great. They are friendly and kind. They go bounce the service. I can't wait to go back and have my kids birthday party here again.

Parking: The parking is behind the building and they have a door in the back that can lead you back to the front of the bowl.

Kid-friendliness: In the morning and afternoon they have kid bowling. The kids love the employees. The kids learn so much from them.

The whole concept of latenight concert/DJ/bowling/Punkrock bar/pizza is fantastic, and is classically Detroit. Sgt. Pepperoni’s pizzas are solid and satsfying. But the mozz sticks - they’re a whole other level of masterpiece. As large as a quarter-pound hot dog, oozing with ludicrous amounts of cheese and an ultra-crispy batter. The finest I’ve had in years of travel, and a benchmark by which other mozz sticks nationwide should be judged. Transcendent cheese!

I haven't been here in a minute me and my husband use to always go here all the time and grab those big slices of pizza. We also came here alot picking up doordash orders so much they would just give us a few free slices of pizza as a thanks. This pass week I have went back here twice this is one of the best pizza spots downtown Detroit didn't take a picture of the full pizza because I ate it (currently 6months pregnant) next time I'll be sure to add some butter and Parm. Add bigg sauces to those dry bread sticks though I order the first time 3 Cheese slices of pizza taste so good and fresh always. Next day I ordered a large all cheese with a bread stick. Pizza a1 bread sticks didn't care for 10 out of 10 everytime I go. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I couldn't get a pic of the pizza I ate it just that quick.

Have been coming to this place for close to 19 years now. Started coming when I was a kid. Used to love coming down after a show & grabbing a slice, have done it hundreds of times. Waited between 15-20 minutes in line for a slice for the girl at the register to say they were out. No worries as I would put in an order for two slices & wait as I have done MANY times in the past. Girl proceeds to tell me that they don't pre-sell. As I continued conversation with her confused & trying to figure out how I would get a slice she essentially tells me I'm SOL & to go to the back of the line & better luck next time. Cannot believe that was the response. This place apparently does not care about my patronage. I will never be going here again. Sad as I once told everyone I know about this place & have directed friends from out of town there to get great pizza. Need better staff.

The pizza slices are delicious, but it's just not worth it for such an unpleasant experience.Every time this woman is working the register she is just so rude. Wednesday October 18th at 5:30pmI'll be back when she is gone.
