The amazing service above and beyond!! We had 17 people and they served us way better then any of the other restaurants we've been to! Eric was amazing especially going above and beyond, giving us refills without asking he was huge today!!
Very disappointed. Ordered a cheeseburger and gave specific instructions of well done meat. The meat was very rare. Not even close to well done. So I went back to ask for another burger, well done. That second one was medium rare. Since I had a work meeting, I just took what they did and rushed to my meeting. I will never order a burger to any shake shack. This is not my first experience with them. They didn't use to be like that.

Had a chance to stop in during downtown chaos. Yet with all the craziness Erik still provided great customer service and made sure my experience was great. Great manager and great location

Staff was friendly and order was ready on time. Ordered avocado bacon burger, the burger was thin and over cooked, the avacdo amount was laughably small and completely missing the bacon. Was a take out order and first time there so didn't check otherwise I would have mentioned to staff.

We came over from Canada to watch the Green Day concert at Comerica Park. Myself and my wife walked from Comerica Park to your shake shack on Woodward. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a strawberry milkshake, my wife ordered a veggie burger and fry with a strawberry Lemonade. We should’ve left as soon as we walked into your establishment, your workers were standing at the counter and did not acknowledge us and your cashier was preparing food with the gloves that she was taking peoples cash with. I had to ask for her order even though it was sitting at the back counter for five minutes nobody told us it was ready.Very unsatisfied will not be returning should’ve saved our money and bought over priced hotdogs and pizza at Comerica Park.

The food would have been better warm. The jokers behind the counter refuse to do their job and find you in the lounge using the number cards. Instead, they just yell your name from behind their counter. In my case, they kept yelling the wrong name so it sat even longer until I went up and seen it just sitting there.

Food was good, but a single bathroom for everyone to share is the reason it loses a star. By the way get the chicken sandwich instead of the shack burger, its much better.
