Awful staff and service. Called in a to-go order while very hungry on a night of international travel for us. Someone from outside stole our food from the to-go area and the staff REFUSED to remake the food. In addition, they were SO RUDE and had zero compassion for us as customers. We are disputing the charges with American Express as this location told us to “order and pay again.” WOW, just, WOW.

Best Burger I had in along time, Reminded me of a house burger you make a home, well done on the outside but still juicy on the I side not dry !! Service and atmosphere was good also, nice a clean.!!

I visited this place for the first time a few days ago and was warmly greeted by a delightful lady at the register. Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease as she patiently explained the various vegetarian options available, which I greatly appreciated. She took the time to break down the rest of the menu, highlighting different dishes with enthusiasm and care, showcasing truly exceptional customer service. I also really liked the food.

Ordered at the kiosk and was told to take a number and sit down I then received a text that my food was ready and they will bring it to me shortly instead it's sat at the shelf for 15 minutes and I had to go grab it from the counter and was served cold

EVERYTHING was cold except the drinks which were warm. We even had to go to the counter to pick up our food AFTER the text told us they would bring it to us. Just do better! You are in the D.

Ordered a Shack Burger and fries and a drink. The burger was disgusting. The fries were fine, but only just.
For 15+ dollars that was what I got. A disgusting burger and average fries.
Oh and beware when ordering: they automatically add the tip and skip it in there without much notice. So if you're not paying attention very closely they'll tip themselves. I HATE when places do this. Pathetic!
Sorry shake shack but y'all are not it right now.

Our food was amazing. We came in towards the end of the evening, but no one rushed us out. The manager, Eric, was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

No one is doing quality control at this location. Deliveries are packed with no utensils, napkins, and always arrives cold, and repeatedly fails at doing what other Shake Shacks do well.
