Brandy was so extremely helpful when I lost my wallet. She helped me get it back. She is an absolute lifesaver. Thank you to her. There was another gentleman that helped, but I unfortunately did not catch his name.

Burger was delicious, solid fries. Friend got the chicken sandwich, was great. Order on the tablets when you walk in, for dine-in you grab a number and they bring it to your table pretty quickly. Not a big fan of water, but theirs was bottled water quality. People near us had some bomb looking shakes, got too full to add one.

I tried giving shake shake a second chance at a different location, the downtown detroit location, the double shack burger was wack, very bland at it was raw in certain areas, I will never return here.

Tonight a friend and I visited your downtown Detroit location. The food was great but let me tell you what was even better… Your manager Eric. Eric is one of the most pleasant and kind individuals I’ve ever come across at any business. He would be an excellent steward to your business and brand at the highest levels of management.

Sadly I had a horrible experience last night. The young man that was working the counter around 8pm on January 13th, had a horrible attitude. Very disrespectful. He gave me a frozen milkshake that was liquid, and slightly warm. The whipped cream was even liquid. Literally had to toss it out after one sip. I ordered cheese fries and there was barely any cheese on it plus the fries seem old. As of right now I'm legit sick to my stomach. Like I feel horrible. It started last night and now it's worse. Never returning back.
