First time going and I'll definitely be going back. It's small and a lil hidden but it's worth looking for. I had the Corned beef sub, the meat was surprisingly tender and seasoned well. I'm going back tomorrow for the chicken wings.

I've been going there since they opened. The food portions had gotten worse. The sandwich area is now always dirty. No one wears a hair net. I now go once every 4-6 month just to see if things have gotten better. Tried to call today and no one answered the phone.

Thee absolute worst customer service i think i've ever had the cashier was polite and kind but the person they had cooking was atrocious she was slapping garlic sauce on my shawarma like it cheated on her or something and if i didn't say anything she was about to fix my food with no gloves ...i would have gotten my money back.... she saw me watching her and THEN put on gloves... people make sure you watch whoever makes your food because you never know. Ps Owner hire better workers because you can't turn an incompetent person into valued employee. And that woman cooking should NOT be in customer service at all.
The service is usually always pretty good here. Whenever I call my order in, whoever is helping me is very friendly. The food is always good and fresh. My only issue is that the portion size of the shawarma fries have gotten smaller and the price is still the same. I even pay extra because I love mine the "Shack's Way" but now its like we get half the portion size of what we used to get. The Shawarma Fries are a favorite for my husband and I and I hope they start making them back how they were.

The food was great , I love their shawarma fries they was hot and fresh , I love that they are not stingy with the meat , they give you a great amount for a long wrap . Customer service are always on point , even when it’s a lot of customers they make sure they take your order and call them out immediately ! Will be back !

I had 2 pieces of hair in my freshly made bowl. The cashier was rude and acted like I was bothering her. It’s nasty in there. It’s not what it was when it first opened.
