First time going and I'll definitely be going back. It's small and a lil hidden but it's worth looking for. I had the Corned beef sub, the meat was surprisingly tender and seasoned well. I'm going back tomorrow for the chicken wings.
I've been going there since they opened. The food portions had gotten worse. The sandwich area is now always dirty. No one wears a hair net. I now go once every 4-6 month just to see if things have gotten better. Tried to call today and no one answered the phone.
The service is usually always pretty good here. Whenever I call my order in, whoever is helping me is very friendly. The food is always good and fresh. My only issue is that the portion size of the shawarma fries have gotten smaller and the price is still the same. I even pay extra because I love mine the "Shack's Way" but now its like we get half the portion size of what we used to get. The Shawarma Fries are a favorite for my husband and I and I hope they start...
