Not very good! Not enough food!
Love this place! The owner does an excellent job. Wish more items listed on menu were available. It's all good. Very affordable.
Disgusting af don’t buy
The service was great and the food was fantastic.
Budget Friendly
I was there around 12:15 today older gentleman took my order no problem great atmosphere my food was prepared well my plate didn't even make it to the house lol I most definitely come back. My cornbread what's real good with the cabbage and the mac and cheese is like my aunties the Wing was like my mama made it personally I would have fried the fish longer but it had great flavor.
2nd visit: 6 dollars and charge for 2 wings, dressing, and corn bread. Called ahead and asked for lunch specials food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I’m a delivery driver and need my food fast and hot. Can’t find anything to complain about this visit.
1st visit: Fish was good but greens could use seasoning
The service was nice and fast, but I have to be honest. The Food was not good to me. The Greens and yams had no flavor at all smh. There was no reason for me to come back.

The food is okay but more than this is the service, if I could give 10 below 0 stars I would. I try to support this business as it is black owned but every time, I go there the owners' attitude is horrid. It seems that if you ask a question, he is sooo irritated, rolling his eyes like I'm bothering him. He's what I call nasty nice, smiling while being nasty, where the nastiness outweighs the smile. He doesn't really want to be bothered with the people, just their money, and for that reason I gracefully bow out, I will never go there again. I tried to support but he didn't want my support. My money didn't have an attitude and so shouldn't he. It is a blessing when anybody walks through that door, because they can cook at home without having to deal with someone's attitude
Restaurantji Recommends
Idk how I reordered from this place cuz the ribs was tough as hell no seasoning, the greens was bitter no seasoning, and the yams I'm pretty sure was straight out the can which I could with with if y'all had some something with them but no they weren't even good. The shrimp was alright again not really any seasoning n that's crazy when it's supposed to a soul food restaurant.

Rule of thumb, if the parking lot always empty, then the food must be trash. Should’ve followed my first mind.
No answer on drive through, tho they have a flashing “drive thru open” neon sign in the window. Went about 2:30p, tried to call the number on the door rang until voice mail. So they lost a customer and money. It was 4 of us. Get ya’ll stuff together
