Was greeted at the door, staff were very attentive. The place could use some updates, music was great while playing in the background at a nice volume. Food we delicious would had given a 5 star but they need to work on their cornbread it was to moist it was almost like cake. Parking lot was a decent size. The menus most definitely need to be updated you could barely see the printing on them due to fading. Just keep in mind that if your are going with a large group they will not split the bill it's all on one, so don't go with people who can't afford to go and pay their portion. Bathroom was spacious and kinda of cute and I love the chandeliers throughout the restaurant. I had collard greens, yams, fried chicken wings and everything was delicious and fresh, my husband had steak bites, Mashed Potatoes and gravey and seasoned fries. The steak had a little to much pepper on it in my opinion. Nice little place for an intimate date night, casual wear clothing. Don't expect an upscale restaurant because it's night. Forgot to get a pic of the bar, had tons of options for great drinks.
The food was horrible the lamb chops and greens were chewy, Mac & cheese dry. Cat fish fillets split in have to make it seem like you’re getting two pieces instead of one, was told that they make their moscato and didn’t have the ingredients to make it, who does that. On top of that they charge a mandatory 15% tip on your bill without being in writing anywhere on the menu or building which is illegal in Michigan. Do not recommend this place ever.

Came in after the Lions' game and ordered Catfish/Wing dinner with Yams and Macaroni and Cheese. This food was hot and delicious. Atmosphere was great. Service was excellent and fast!! You won't go wrong with this spot 👌🏼

The food came out in a timely fashion and everyone’s food was hot. I had the catfish and Mac and cheese which was good. Tasted just like southern homemade food. The service was excellent and besides our waitress other workers checked on us as well. Overall good experience and will be dining again!
