Had high hopes to dine here.. Unfortunately this place is all hype with celebrity chiefs affiliated only in name. The chicken wings were tasteless, cabbage salad lackluster, filet frites subpar- frozen French fries and choice meat. So many better restaurants in Detroit.

Visiting from LA. This is my forth time here. It’s always been a top notch experience. But… Sunday night is way less intense than Friday and Saturday and the service and cocktails rival the hottest places in Hollywood. I want to especially call out Marquez our cheerful, attentive server - and Kris who came to the tale with THE BEST cocktails… but more importantly a beautiful demeanor.

Had dinner at Stand By and was blown away by the food and drinks. Kris made a Snake in the Grass and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had- perfectly balanced and delicious.!!! All the food was delicious. Marquez was a friendly and attentive server. What a wonderful experience. I’m visiting from Los Angeles and would love to come back here soon.

Our food was excellent. Kudos to the kitchen. Service, however, is not great. We had to ask for silverware when appetizers arrived and when they brought out our meal. If you take silverware away after each course, it would be great if it was brought out with your next meal, and we didn't have to flag a staff member for it. As a server it's your only job is to provide seamless experience for customers. Also, as an adult, I don't care for my silverware to be placed directly on the table surface and not on a napkin. I find that gross.

The drink menu is extensive, unique and all that we had were delicious. Mario our server was incredibly helpful, friendly and answered all our questions and guided us to drknks we enjoyed.
