Food: This location prints out the custom instructions for drinks but the Barista didn't follow what was printed on the cup including putting the wrong ingredient in the drink. The drinks were good but not what we ordered and paid for.Service: They were polite taking our order but completely inattentive when we waited for 5 or 10 minutes right in front of them to ask for a cup of water.Atmosphere: modern, sleek, artsy, and clean.

A good Starbucks location for grab-and-go coffee. While the seating options are limited, this appears to be by design to manage such a high traffic location. Staff was friendly and the drink turnaround time was on par with other locations. Centrally located near Campus Martius and would gladly grab coffee at this location again.

Stopped by this Starbucks location every morning for the last three days and witnessed an excellent team of baristas. They were all friendly and thoughtful. In fact, this morning, a customer spilled her coffee all over herself and the team quickly mobilized to clean up the spill and even made the customer another cup of coffee for free. Truly a class act and one of my favorite moments to witness in this area. Looking forward to stopping by again on my next visit.

They were busy when we were there on 12/2 which was fine but it would have been nice to know my latte wouldn’t be ready for 30+ minutes. I actually never even got my latte as we had to leave after 30 minutes. The workers there didn’t seem to care either. It’s like pick up the pace a little bit. I’ve worked in the service industry before and this would not have been acceptable.

They do not follow instructions for mobile orders. Did not use the right milk for my latte and it’s just a waste of money to pay extra for customization. Quality depends on who is making the drinks. It’s a shame.Responding to owner: Your partners are NOT happy to remake the drinks. I will not be back to this location after today’s experience.

Downtown is always booming and this Starbucks is always prepared to handle the crowds. Just enough room to enjoy what's happening outside with a calm Cafe vibe as always.

Terrible service. Came in on a Saturday morning and waited 20+ mins for a tea. It was completely forgotten about. Every order was sitting in a queue but weren't being handed out to anyone resulting in cold food (that they had to take and throw away) and cold drinks that they had to remake. Won't be returning. :)

Ordered two drinks with no line, we waited about 20 min. Then when my wife received her latte with no foam it was full of foam. Took it back to get it fixed and then had to wait another 10 min. Just poor customer service and not paying attention. While waiting multiple people came up with wrong orders, just not paying attention to what was on the ticket.
