The downtown Detroit Starbucks coffee is one of the best in the city. The workers are very helpful nice genuine and they fix your coffee and your food exactly the way you want it. Their morning smiles was worth the wait of the Uber. Terribly slow service. Almost 20 minutes to get food when we were in a hurry. They crank drinks out very quickly though. Despite the ease of making drinks over food, I don't think that people who ordered drinks after other customers who ordered food should get their order first. Orders should come out in the order they are received. Food orders don't seem like a priority here. Also, seating is sparse compared to the amount of people waiting.
I don’t know what it is this week. But they’re not making sandwiches correctly this is the second one they got wrong this week. Make sure to check your order before you leave. I ordered a turkey back egg white and cheddar sandwich only got the egg white. Kind of annoying when I tip every order too.
