I just experienced the worst service! I usually don't complain! First of all the person who took my order did not listen at all, I ordered an iced Americano and egg bites, got a hit Americano with English muffin. One if the nice service people got me the egg bites, didn't have the heart to tell her I wanted my coffee iced! Not to mention the egg bites are basically edible rubber.:(

Cashier negative and shaking her head because she didn't understand the oder of the lady in front of me. I ordered Caramel Chai 2 shots no water and she had no clue. She decided to just give me a Caramel Chai latte without 2 shots. Food is always great. Train your people. Train your people!!! Managers.I've been reading other reviews for this location. The "OWNER" sends the same canned response to all reviews. Obviously this person doesn't intend to correct anything.

Tried to order a Cafe latte..NO ESPRESSO IN THE BUILDING...what? Horrible if I wanted a regular coffee I could have gotten it somewhere else. P.s. they don't toast bagels either. UGH!!!

Why would you work at a place you hate? Because I can guarantee that all 3 workers this morning hated their jobs. Not one person was smiling, welcoming or helpful. The person taking my order didn’t even look up when I walked up to place my order. It was as if I was bothering her this morning. Awful service. Airport should intervene here.

I was quite disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. In the past, Starbucks has been known to provide customers with a glass of water upon request. However, during my visit, not only was my request denied, but I was also encouraged to purchase a bottle of water for $5. It's essential for businesses, especially reputable ones like Starbucks, to maintain consistent service quality and put customer needs first. I hope to see improvements in the future.
