I know it’s a campus Starbucks but oh my word is it terrible. First off, my drink never tastes the same even though I usually order the same thing. The worst part is the staff is so terrible. They are so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I try my best to have a smile on my face and talk kindly but it gets hard. The worst instance was when an employee was on her phone. I walked up to the counter and she didn’t look up. I said “hello” and started to order. She looked blankly at me and asks me to order again. I order again and they get my drink completely wrong. Just don’t go here it’s not worth it. Go to a Starbucks off campus or go to Moka & Co.

No complaints about quality of food. So far my drinks and food have been prepared well. The atmosphere is nice, a bit busy, and they seemed to be consistently understaffed, but they do the best to keep the line moving.
Staff themselves are a mixed bag. I have met some very respectful and congenial workers, and others that are absolutely abhorrent. They are not very well trained on customer service and how to respectfully resolve issues, but I understand most of them are younger college students and this is to be expected from that demographic.
Also, keep in mind they will NOT give you a receipt or printed sticker on the cup to verify your order. Even upon asking for an itemized receipt. Very much trust based and not friendly to those with dietary restrictions.

This Starbucks literally never has ANYTHING. Every time I order they are sold out and have to substitute literally everything for something I didn’t even want. The people that work here are lazy apparently, I don’t see why they can’t provide what is on their menu or at least most of it. I just placed a large order well before closing and they substituted almost everything.

Honestly re-posting my review because nothing will get done. This place does not even serve you a full drink. They will consistently short you on what you pay for and when you try to have a conversation with them about your drink they will act extremely condescending and treat you extremely poorly.

The one employee who has been working here in the summer is the WORST. Not the one who has been there the longest, she is great. But the other smaller girl who has only been working the summer shifts. She is so rude. She is always on the phone every time I come up to the register to order. She looks bored and mad. No "hello" or "have a nice day." She doesn't acknowledge my existence and usually gets my order wrong. I've seen her use milk for people who requested no dairy. She lies about being out of food items only because she doesn't want to deal with putting them in the oven. I get that it's a service industry job and those can be hard, but it's so slow during the summer! Literally no excuse to be that rude. I seriously dread going there now.

Came here the other day, Have an allergy literally saw one of the employees try to cross containment a girls drink I’m happy she spoke up because I was going to for her. VEGANS BE AWARE and If you have dairy allergy please be aware. They cross contaminate she also lied about it and she said I have an allergy I can’t have any traces of milk. Before I grabbed my order we looked at each other like wow. Disgusting , non friendly , unprofessional workers. Pass this location!!!My drink was awful, always out of everything.
Some of the employees here in the past have consistently messed up my order... I tell them I want a coffee with milk, and they give me a latte.

Took over 20 min to serve me a cappuccino when I was first in the line. Served everyone else first. Poor attitude. This was my first time coming back in quite some time after past failures. Why did I expect anything different this time.

Everything I wanted they were sold out of so i ended up just getting an English breakfast tea. I would be less upset if they had the stickers up saying they were out of everything they were out of but they only had a couple up, and I avoided those things, but they were out of almost EVERYTHING.
