Be prepared to spend 30-50 minutes in line before ordering. Workers are students. They had 2 AMAZING morning shift workers last year who memorized my name, my order, and were fast and friendly. I am disappointed this year, the workers I have had have been extremely slow and appear annoyed to be taking any orders. I used to go every morning but I think I will stop due to the wait time and workers.
Today I went to Starbuck on the campus of my university. When I selected my drink, I paid and got my drink at the counter. After a few minutes later, the staff brought me drinks. Unfortunately, I didn't hold it tightly and dropped it onto the floor. At that time, I really felt guilty because I messed everything up. Immediately, I apologized to the staff at the counter.
