Wednesday 1/3/23 5:25 flight, cashier was very rude and unfriendly. She definitely needs to quit her job if she hates it that much. She’s definitely not starting your customers day with a smile!

This is the worst Starbucks on the planet. I never leave bad reviews but every time we fly out of DTW this is the closest store and their staff have the WORST attitude ever, they are rude and sarcastic… they don’t give a damn. Get people who represent your brand better.

Very poor attitude. Absolutely no interest to keep up with demand and hussle to process drinks quicker and they screwed up our order. There were only 5-7 people in line when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and after 15 mins asked where ours were and they somehow missed them. 10 mins later they gave us 2 wrong drinks and didn’t care. They looked at us like we ordered wrong!!! Hire some decent staff…

My egg white bites were burnt on the edges and just placed in a bag and not on the tray. I had to go back for a fork. The service was extremely slow and the worst attitudes. There was no true customer service.

They were super friendly, very joyful and helpful, they opened way before 5am to accommodate dozens of early flyers!Coffee was hot and made accordingly.The wait time was reasonable, only two people to serve a horde of passengers ... we had about ten people ahead of us and were served in less than 10min.
