Ivory dumped part of my drink out because she forgot to put the cold foam on top. It should be a darker color, but the espresso was mostly dumped out!
I was charged $599.63 for a large frozen coffee and a medium coffee and they don’t know how it happened from what they say management was very helpful but all they said was they THINK it will be refunded in two or three day and call back if

I’m not a normally a Starbucks guy but the staff here was excellent. Especially the cashier who got me the reindeer cake pop. I’m claiming this is a top 5 location in the country. Cheers
