Lots of people behind the counter just chatting. When order was ready server put it on the counter mumbling what it was. More than $10 for 2 mostly ice Mocha Fraps. It was like drinking a coffee flavored la croix. Extremely disappointed.

I called to obtain a receipt from this Starbucks and spoke with an employee named Raven. She is the MOST RUDEST PERSON in the world!! I asked to speak with a manager and told her that she was not helpful. She said that I did not have to speak to her that way, what way????? Then she hung up, really??? I called back, no answer, then I called Corporate! Unbelievable!!!

Normally I go to Starbucks because of the consistent service and their drinks always come out the same. I was really annoyed at this particular Starbucks that the baristas didn't seem to care about customer service. To be fair the drinks were the same as any other Starbucks that I have gone to but the service was just terrible. For being in the Renaissance center I was surprised that the standards were so low. not only were they rude right from the gate but when I asked if they could fill up my water bottle they said no. at every other Starbucks I've gone to, the baristas have happily filled up my water bottle and I feel like it is the least that they could do after paying almost $6 for a latte. If you are staying in the Renaissance center I highly recommend that you just go somewhere else for coffee. Ignore the convenience, it will be worth it to go somewhere else.
