I recently visited a Starbucks location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow, with only one barista working at a time despite a long line of customers. It took over 15 minutes for me to receive my drink.

The barristers should be trained Regionally because they were very nice and accommodating but the drinks weren't mixed well. They didn't taste like any of the drinks I knew well.

This location removed all of their available seating a few months ago and now only offers grab and go service; which makes no sense for a coffee shop. On top of that, they run out of ingredients far too often (it's 9am and they've run out of Oat Milk). This location seems to be managed very poorly.

After the grueling first PT session. I stopped in to get a Hot Chocolate to warm up. I had my cell phone charger with me and planned to sit inside. When I arrived, there was no seating inside. I opted to place my order via the mobile app to avoid waiting in the line to place it in person. I ordered the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap and a venti Peppermint Hot Chocolate with heavy cream. My wrap came up almost 10 minutes before my drink did. Fortunately one of the baristas asked for names of those who placed orders by mobile app. She was able to identify those orders and get them prepared for us.

Tonight was my first visit to this location. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. My drink was excellent. Food was good too. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good morning. It was crowded and I understand. However, the ladies are making drinks without calling names. The tall girl especially. I don't think she is having a good morning. No smiles, no greeting, NO THING.

Arranged to meet someone here to discuss some affairs for a late family member. Since, you know, coffee shops are for sitting and meeting people. Discovered after I bought my coffee that all the tables have been removed from this location and there's security posted to make sure you only wait as long as it takes to get your order. I asked the barista if I could wait 15 more minutes to meet someone and kept getting repeated answers about how he'll LET me stay but I REALLY shouldn't be there and that if anyone else showed up (the shop was completely empty) that I would HAVE to leave. Ended up filling out paperwork and talking about dead family in a stranger's car with multiple people asking us for money at the same time. It's very clear why this location would be hostile toward customers wanting a place to sit down in midtown and it's enough to lose my business. I wasn't exactly holding up a drive thru and I've had far kinder service in an actual drive thru than what I received tonight. I'm begging people to support local instead of this franchised garbage.

Every time I come here the staff are unpleasant. They cut you off when you’re not even done yet, they’re unfriendly, and you can sense the same feeling among the entire staff. Do better, Starbucks.

Tired of waiting in line? Try Give Thanks Bakery just a block north. It’s so much better and they have amazing baked goods. This Starbucks is so slow! They are just overrun with mobile orders and clearly not enough staff to deal with it.

Service is slow. Sometimes you get bad attitude or irritation from cashier. Tables and chairs have been taken out space being used for storage of boxes and pellets. Drinks never taste as good as other locations. Always sold out of something. Management at this location is terrible.Dietary restrictions: I choose lactose free options. They are ALWAYS sold out of oatmilk.

Why would you take the chairs out of a coffee shop. I've been coming here to do homework for four years and now I can't anymore. I enjoyed seeing the regulars that would hang out here, and now it functions only as a pickup spot. I have no reason to buy overpriced coffee if I can't have a workspace with it.

This location use to be like an old coffee house feel with a good social gathering but now the comfortable seating has been removed and it seems like the atmosphere is less friendly they have hard tables and chairs and run like a human drive-thru order move to the next window for your drinks and food.

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews! They did open 10 mins late, however everything else was perfect. Fully staffed, friendly and professional. Best of all, my egg sandwich and latte was delish!!

This location the staff is overwhelmed is what I’m guessing. It’s the third time I ordered a hot matcha green tea they do not stir it everything just sit at the bottom and not even half way filled up. After the third time I asked l to speak to a manager she just said what’s wrong and just made another one. Guess what still was horrible and not filled up. Money just wasted!!

First, almost no chairs and tables. Second, I’m waiting 5 to 6 minutes for an order in front of me. There’s like 6 or 7 baristas and only one person taking orders. Then the one available barista doesn’t apologize for the wait and chatted with another right before my order like the line wasn’t piling up. They’ve fallen off bad at this location. Smh
