Staff have decided that even though their posted hours are from 6 am to 8 pm, their actual opening time is 6:30 am. The app and website both show the store opens at 6 am and you can order on the app at 6 am. However, if you order through the app, they will mark your order as complete. However, when you show up, you’ll find an empty, locked store.

I ordered egg bites. Instead I received an egg sandwich. When I asked the server stated they were out of egg bites. My concern is I should have been asked if this substitution was ok. Is this because I didn’t ok a tip when I paid.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. They have messed up my drinks countless times. Simple drinks from the menu. They hardly ever get it right. Don't waste your money.

Ramon Wheeler is a predator and only hires employees to benefit his personal needs and not the business. I worked for him and made a mistake having relations with him as soon I wanted to stop them I was wrongfully fired. I started working there when I was 17 years old and absolutely loved the job and was also a fan favorite to the customers. Ramon had convinced me that the company was going to fire me because he had gotten fired so I left with him which was an honest mistake. We went to multiple jobs and Ramon kept getting fired. I then realized I had made the mistake of quitting a job I had a passion for someone else and it did not benefit me at all. I then came back to work for Starbucks and was so so happy. Papa Joes management had asked me what Ramon was up to, me not knowing that they had plans on rehiring him. They had brought him back and that's when I was then fired because I did not want to continue our personal relationship. Ramon has been taunting me about the relations he's having with his current employees and how I won't ever be able to have the job I had a passion for. That is why the business is not improving.

They made my drinks quickly by ordering off the app. I got the pumpkin spice cold brew... It was lacking. I got extra foam and spice topping and didn't get the latter.

I’ve been coming here a few times to get my coffee. Today I was told by security I can’t enter since I am not a DMC employee & my order needs to be cancelled. The staff at Starbucks are friendly and never made this a issue. There seems to be a lot of misinformation regarding the protocol if there is one? Non dmc visitors or employees are not welcomed to order from the food court. Also the parking garage is dirty and does not look safe to enter. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

The male barista is extremely rude and disrespectful. I love starbucks...But when dealing with someone like that I would rather have horrible hospital coffee.

It’s crazy how you can tell this is a franchise and not a real SX. The baristas are beyond rude and have the worst attitudes to the point that is better to walk out and go get coffee somewhere else. Is not even plain costumer service it’s extremely RUDE and hostile. I said good afternoon to the register person and she replied “what do you want”. I want to leave now that’s what I want. Never again. You would think that being located at a hospital where customers are most likely not having the best day, they’d had some empathy and cordiality. What a bad experience.

It would be hard to find a place where one is more warmly greeted or where the staff is willing to go so far out of their way to give it to you like you want it….and yet their personalized service and friendliness doesn’t prevent them from getting through a long line of customers quickly. They are fun people to know.
