The Drinks are expensive, I wanted a creme brule latte, not the Christmas one with caramel. Im not sure if that latte is even on The menu without caramel but I guess the cashier didn't hear me when I said no caramel, I drunk it anyway.

slowest service in the world. I myself work at starbucks so I understand the hold ups and extra time needed, however to wait in drive through for 30 mins is insane and totally against what we are taught.

waited in drive through for over 30 minutes during A WEEKDAY at 2:15 (not a rush hour). my experience before this was waiting 40 minutes in store just for them to forget my food. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU GOT LOTS OF FREE TIME TO WASTE

Mobile orders never on time
Update 12/03 I stood in the spot of the pic for 3-4 minutes the tallest guy 6'6 ignored me and when another customer came he greeted them soon as they walked up . I ask him why and where is his INTERGRITY,
I came through the drive-through yesterday and the girl working there had a very bad attitude. I ended up getting really really sick after I drink my latte. I’m not sure if it was from something else I ate or what but just beware.

Walking in, this place was like any other Starbucks. The cashier who greeted me was pleasant and helpful.
But the barista, Princess Asha, was totally complacent, did not seem to care at all about anything, didn't smile, and definitely didn't make anyone feel welcome.
In an era when Starbucks is supposed to be coming back to the basics and creating a coffee house environment that attracts people for more than just their coffee, this one doesn't hit the mark.

The employees here are consistently respectful and kind, no matter how busy it gets. It’s clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the outlets work. Nice place to get some work done.
