I received EXCELLENT customer service from Kelly via the drive thru window! She was so personable in helping me to craft the most delicious beverage! I appreciated her so much! She was so kind and helpful! Thank you Kelly and Starbucks!

As I stated in my last review since I cannot reply to the owner, this is NOT a door dash matter. Your worker should have known that there was a hair on the sticker you provided on the cup that there was a hair on the product. If this isn’t handled by Starbucks I will be calling the health department. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. Never in my 7 years of being in customer service have I ever treated a customer with disrespect as I’m being treated here. This is NOT A DOOR DASH ISSUE

There are several people working some with positive vibes and many with unfriendly faces. Brian needs to tone down his sassy attitude. I requested a refund due to the negative vibes and extreme wait time. Honestly, who wants to drink something made with such negative energy.

Been coming to this location for years after last visit would never come back to this location. Very rude and inappropriate. Wait for order is always unnecessarily long. My last drink that I ordered from this location was disgusting. When I asked for a refund the barista was so rude and cursed at me on my way out.

The workers can not meet the demand of customers. You can tell they are overworked but they kept a smile.Order ahead or you will be waiting forever. My mobile order was finished 1min before expected. Don't let the car line fool you it moves fast. The inside drags.

Tiffany is the best!
Whenever I want to relax, and have a moment to myself I come to this location and vibe out, the atmosphere is as amazing as the employees. I had to give a shout out to Tiffany she really knows how to put a smile on your face, I watched her multitask both window, front cashier, and middle she really is an all star team member and a reason to come back!

For the second time I ordered a ā€œmedicine ballā€ which is a honey citrus mint tea made with two tea bags, 4 pumps of honey, steamed lemonade, and a pump or two of peppermint. That got it wrong on Monday and offered me a complimentary tea. Today I ordered two of the same and the same thing happened again. I tried calling a couple of times and no o e answered. This location is notorious for mistakes, from now on I will go to the Starbucks on Kercheval. Beware

Waited thirty five minutes in drive thru and then not even a hello or an apologies for the wait. I feel like the employees have not been trained well in customer service. That’s one but second, this location is always under staff, and therefore the staff is under tremendous amount of pressure. There is not enough stuff for the amount of demand. Three, when you walk in the inside, nothing is clean. They don’t have time to clean the table for the guests. This is unfortunate. Because I will not sit if it’s not clean. For us lots of times I order a simple caramel macchiato and it is burnt tasted . Do better. You represent a very large brand and that should never happen! What a shame that this Starbucks is close to my house. I never leave a one star never ever. This is not on the employees if the house falls down, it’s the top that does not know how to manage well. Look within for the problems and fix them please.

This location can never get it right. Last time I came for an almond milk Matcha and it was disgusting and tasted like there wasn’t even almond milk in it and just water, this time I went and waited like 30 minutes for a Matcha. They did not ask me if I wanted that ice or hot and gave me a gross hot Matcha… Please ask next time I just spent six dollars on a drink. I have to go home and make myself.
