I don't get how you guys run out of Medicine Ball tea every single day before 12pm. Like after a while you would think they would stock up on a high demand item but they don't give 2 f's.
How about at the least make it known you guys don't have it so customers arent just sitting in you overly long line that goes all the way onto Mack ave? Just wasting everybody time

The manager Brian is a literal saint! We ordered a pretty big work order and a few items were messed up but we were able to contact the store and brain had our items remade with no hesitation!

Me and my boyfriend went to this Starbucks and met a beautiful kind soul named marketa. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with her service and just was so pleasant and patient and funny. She gave a few suggestions and the drinks looked so freaking cute and tasted hella good.

6 girls behind counter. Only one register open. Been here 25 minutes, and only 2 drinks have come out.

Holy moly. I walk in this morning. There's maybe 15 people inside, the drive through isn't backed up the longest I've ever seen, and they haven't been taking online orders in at least the past half hour. They looked about as staffed as they usually do. I walk in as person after person is getting to the front of the line and then just leaving. I thought maybe they're out of CPL or something. I get to the front of the line, and they said any order that's not drip coffee is an hour or longer wait. Doesn't make sense, but I can't wait that long.

This location used to be good, but it's terrible now. It's common to wait 30+ minutes for a couple of coffees. Folks in the store with me are all in the same situation. Destroying a once strong brand.

Order ahead. It's always crowded in the morning. Sometimes they are a bit spacey but overall a good place.

This location has gotten progressively worse! The wait time is expected but getting an order that’s incorrect AFTER waiting is annoying. My coffee wrong, my bagel wrong! The staff is ever changing and this location never has anything in stock. The only nice thing about this location is them changing the rude young lady in the drive thru. I had to travel down the road to have my order fixed. Do better or shut down and revamp everything.
