Visited my favorite Starter's in MIDTOWN for dinner with my friends on Sunday afternoon August 11, 2024. Food was DELICIOUS as usual. Waitress was very polite, etc. Great service - but come on with scanning to get alcoholic beverages, lol and a $1.00 for some more bread. The four of us ate the "three" pieces we were given.
