I was there today 2-22-2025 at 1:10pm. The young woman behind the counter was very rude, nasty and abrasive... no matter how polite I was (thinking she may have been ill) the more rude she became. She refused to prepare my sandwich the way I asked and dismissive when I tried to discuss with it with her. If you're the owner of this establishment, you're losing money having this girl working there. I will be calling to speak to the owner. This is just ridiculous...

Day day ensured that my whole DOORDASH ORDER WAS AMAZING AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN IT AND WHOEVER MADE THE SANDWICH DESERVES A RAISE..

I have never had a sandwich with very little toppings on it. My cold cut sandwich was terrible and not tasty or appetizing. Looks like she is the only one working. My tomatoes very small and the meat was very thin. All I know this sandwich from there was different. I am very disappointed smh

Subway on Warren and Saint Antoine they never open then they close at 3 o’clock on a Friday not open on the weekends. If you catch them open, they never have anything. Can you please close this door? It doesn’t does no one any justice. This will be my last time coming here I don’t know if the food is fresh anymore. You got to do better.

This was worst experience of my life! I will never support this subway again and the young brown skin lady(and I use the term lightly) was beyond ignorant and rude! I ordered online in which my order said ready just to get there and be told "you gotta wait, I gotta clear my lobby first". There was only one person in the lobby when I arrived. She then proceeded to talk on the phone through white ear phones slanging all types of profanity on the phone until another customer walked in and she chose to help them instead of starting my order that I ended up waiting 15 minutes for and it was only one sandwich! When I asked for the manager, she claimed that she was the manager which I find very hard to believe and told me have a nice day bye. She then turned down an entire group of customers that walked in claiming that she was out of bread, when there was clearly more than enough bread sitting our face. She makes you not want to support subway at all! Fire her immediately cause she is terrible for business!

Went there at 10:02 on February 3rd.2023,, the door was open and the lunatic behind the counter started screaming ? "WE'RE NOT OPEN" loud enough for Detroit Receiving Hospital to hear. "WE DON'T OPEN UNTIL 11:00",, I told her online hours said they open @ 9:00,, and she said I don't care what it says. I and my party of 4 took our order of $118 down to the Subway at 1113 W.Warren at the University Plaza and gave them our business. The young Middle Eastern manager who was very polite ,, he said they get complaints from customers coming into his store about the attitudes of employees from that store on E. Warren/ St. Antoine. SUBWAY CORPORATE NEEDS TO SHUT THAT STORE DOWN,, DON'T patronize this business.
