Had a sandwich made here they didn’t toast it correctly it was cold. I came back to see if they could fix that or make me a new sandwich as a replacement, they said they aren’t allowed to. I used to work at a subway and if there is a dissatisfaction like this they are supposed to make a new one to satisfy the customer.will not return here again employees do not know what they are doing.

Placed an order at 9pm came at 9:10 and it was closed. I went the next day to request a refund or to just get my sandwich and the black woman working there refused to do either. Then threatened to call police only to call her husband who followed me as I was already leaving. This needs to be addressed immediately. She also took pictures of me and my vehicle. This visit occurred on 10/1/2025.

Seem to have gotten white bread, when I ordered Multi-grain with my Sub. Salad meat should've, been sliced up and combined with greens. I had to dig through a slab of meat to find the salad. Driver Should NOT have to Wait for Order, It should be ready by the time they arrive ! ! !

I stopped in because I needed change for a dollar bill to use at the washing machine next door because the rain flooded my basement n my brand new Travis Scott lows and A ma maniére 5s fell into the dirty water and I needed to wash them with out even checking the register I was told no so I had to go all the way back across the street to the gas station I just had came from to get it

Worker appears to be alone, has an attitude. Everything is delayed. Are you on your phone? Only has white bread. No wraps, nothing else available. I was hungry so I still ate here. Food was alright. Attitude was not. There was a gnat in my cup and something black in the ice.

The guy work the day shift he is not a good worker, and then he be having homeless people sitting all in there as soon as you come in there they just begging!!! and have the restaurant smelling so bad in there... He only gave you a little meat he do not make good sandwiches I'm not coming back there it's a hot mess...🤔🤔🤔😤😤😤👎👎👎

today 10/4/2024 @ 1:03 the Hispanic guy accepted the lady coupons ahead of me then when I started to make my or he ashes if I had a coupon, showed him the buy a drink get a free footlong coupon then he said they don’t accept them
