I don’t know what changed, but they are very rude. I’d come because I live right up the street but at this point I’ll just go to the one on Dix by the Family Dollar the service is better

Never complain, but just got upset! Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, bacon and jalapenos with a cookie! Everyone was polite but when I got back to the plant the next street over my pizza was cold in the middle and Luke warm on the edges. Disappointed ☹️

Ordered thru this subway and was sent to third party delivery aka Door dash. My Pizza was missing 3 toppings and door dash informed me to contact the merchant. I did exactly that. Lucky for me i got to speak to a manager that told me to bring the pizza back in whenever i can. Mind u i just ordered it because i dont have the vehicle atm so im supposed to hold onto the pizza that i paid for because im hungry and also bring it back in? Haha. I offered a photo and he then spoke of policy. Well the policy should state that if incompetent people at the business are not capeable of doing their job they should be charged the fee of such a large mistake. Then he went on to tell me how my order did not have those items listed as i have the order reciept right in front of me that states differently. I am a regular but after this, i think i'll go to another as it was a ltl upsetting. If i could pick it up i would not of delivered. So now i also tipped my driver and paid fees to go back myself? No ty. I cannot justify that. True definition of cheap!No Jalepeno...No Banana peppers...No pepperoni.
