I'm not a big fan of the subway. Subway standards have dropped. The staff standards have dropped. The restaurant is no longer clean and the food is never fresh. The staff is horrible and rude. I don't buy food from a place with flies always there for every season.

Normally this is a great location. But tonight the lazies that were working decided to close 1/2 hour early. Signs are all on, including the large OPEN sign above the counter where you order. Close early if you want, but at least know how to operate a light switch.

I walked a mile from my house because I wanted subway. Got there ordered my food. The lady in front of me ordered soup. I looked in my bag and saw crackers. I asked the cashier was this my sandwich because there were crackers in the bag. She assured me it was my sandwich. I went home opened the bag and it was NOT my sandwich. I had to walk a mile back up there because I didn’t like that sandwich. Had to walk a mile again to get my sandwich corrected. Left the store and it rained on me. Mistakes happen but if I tell you that I think something is wrong instead of reassuring me just double check. When you make a mistake the only way to make it right is to go above and beyond what you were supposed to do. I am the only one that went above and beyond.
